1.Click "Orders"→"View orders" on the management screen
All orders can be confirmed and operated in this View orders
2.Change orders status
You can change the orders status in "Status" in the light blue background on the right side.
When you change the status, the purchaser will be notified of the status change.
Click the orders ID to go to the details page
This page allows you to view ordering customer information, shipping address, billing address, payment information, etc.
You can also change the status on this page
Processed | Confirmed payment |
---|---|
Complete | Delivery completed |
Open | The state where the order is accepted |
Failed | Unable to deliver due to unavoidable circumstances |
Declined | Rejected order |
Backordered | Creating an item to be delivered |
Canceld | Canceled order |
Incmplete | See below |
※About ordering Incomplete
Even though the administrator is not operating
・Not displayed in the View orders
・The serial number of the order number is flying
If so, the process may have been interrupted during the ordering process using the payment agent service.
Orders that are not settled successfully will be sorted to "Incmplete"
